We have members that are signatory to labor agreements as well non union members. DOT work has its own pay scale for anyone working on projects so you pay will be the same with any of our members.

The Wisconsin Laborers’ District Council is an affiliation of five local unions representing nearly 9,000 union construction craft laborers throughout Wisconsin. Wisconsin Laborers are involved with heavy & highway construction, building construction, sewer & water, and energy utility delivery and distribution.
